Need advice on Admin part (restrictions)

  • I have admins and editors. Admins can work with whole site – admin part as it is, and editors are limited only to posting (news, articles, etc.), upload files and so on. So for editors I’d like to have editor’s part limited to certain functions.

    What would be the best solution here? I couldn’t find any useful plugins for that (only post moderation), so my idea is to copy admin part for editors into separate location and take out all the functions that they don’t need. But in that case if editor knows URL of admin part he could still enter with his login… Any better ideas how to implement?
