Need a simple AJAX style poll

I’m looking for a poll plugin that works exactly like the one used on this page http://wonderwall.msn.com/tv/celeb-bing-for-april-4-11981.gallery
They may not have used WordPress but does anyone know offhand of a poll plugin that functions that way that I could easily modify either through the dashboard and/or CSS? Thanks!
