 * Users on a Multisite network exist for the entire network. They just need to 
   be added to the site in question. No duplication.

 * hello, thanks for quick reply.
    i used this plugin before. but while using rhis
   i need to create groups on every site. i want to make this thing happen with 
   one click.
 * the user whos is registered on blog1 only can access the private pages of blog2(
   as subscribers rights only) without registering on it again. its enough if he
   is registered on any one blog of a server.
    is it possible?

 * By ‘groups’ I’m presuming you mean ‘roles.’
 * Well. Yes. But WordPress comes with default roles, so you can use them and set
   all new users to be subscribers of a specific site.

 * Yes. The plugin I gave you.
 * Make is so all users are added to Blog2 as a subscriber. Done. No extra work.
