But YARPP says “When the “cross-relate posts and pages” option is checked in the YARPP options panel, related_posts(), related_pages(), and related_entries() will give you exactly the same output.”
Well I have it installed on http://www.newzealandholidays.org.uk using a revolution 2 theme.
I tried it on a post page
and on a content page
I am guessing there is some kind of conflict?
Plugin aside, what would you use to make a page related to a post. Would custom fields work?
@xecinternet – Yes, YARPP should work with pages as well as posts… Does it not work when you put
<?php related_posts(); ?>or
<?php related_pages();?>in your page display template?
It only seems to pull blog posts and display it on pages for me.
Is there any way to use YARPP to cross relate pages?
@azselendor – YARPP since version 3 doesn’t work correctly in some setups with pages, but I hope to fix this soon.
hello. getting in on this request for pages to display, in addition to posts.
I am getting posts on pages, but not pages on pages.
Great plugin though!
