Need a recommended scheduled tweet plugin

I’ve used one many years ago.
I want to be able to create multiple scheduled tweets.
Importantly, I want to be able to add media like images and video.

I searched online apps – they all seem to be expensive.
Surely this is such a basic thing that can be automated?

I’d rather start with a recommended one…
