Need a new theme to keep my site the same!

So I have this site: http://applebrides.com based on an old version of Arras. I think it’s about time we updated to something more current (although if I can justify not updating, I’m all ears). It’s a little slow, and I’m sure there are other reasons to update.

I’d like to keep the menu and header the same, the plan is to modify another theme in the same way we have done with Arras. The big problem I’m having is finding something snappy that presents more or less the same level of info for older posts – a post image and title being the really important items. I’m not opposed to a change in looks as long as it ends up being aesthetically pleasing.

Weird request I know, but I’m betting people here are much more than me.
