need a glossary plugin that…

I have been looking for a glossary plugin that allows 2 things:
1. when the word is put into a post it will automatically highlight so when someone mouses over the word a little box will open that I can put text+images in.
2. A seperate page can be generated that will list all the terms in the glossary (as time goes by this will be very many)

I have found a few plugins but nothing that does this exactly. We use certain terms that need to be easily definable for new visitors so this is a big search i’ve been putting on..
