need a best theme urgently

I am hosting a new blog for that my requirements are as follows:

1. on main page maximum categories for eg. auto mobiles,internet etc.
2.which have easy interface ,if it will have little tough still okay I will manage it.
3.free or paid both.

in 2nd website if you see categories in upper and also lower but with maximum options.
