• I’ve been a long-term customer of this plugin (6 years!).

    I liked the features because they were flexible to customize. Although the functionality has always been pretty complicated to manage.

    However, quality was always an issue. And with the new version it became worse. A short look into the support forum: endless issues every single day, often repeating bugs, and very long times for resolving the issues.

    Last but not least: customer service completely sucks!

    With their new version (of quite bad quality) they nearly doubled(!) the prices. From USD 75 to USD 129. Ok, as a long-term customer they offered me an upgrade license without the price increase.

    But guess what. The update did not work, because they saw a second active license, which had been deactivated long time before. So even their own licensing tool is buggy.

    In the end I sent them multiple requests for an update by email. And neither the founder, nor support ever replied.

    Conclusion:
    The general idea for this plugin has always been good. But at the same time the implementation, the software quality, and the support were always super bad.

    Bad quality and bad support – that’s the place to stay away from as a customer.

    And hei, there are too many better alternatives available on the market
