Navigation under calendar events to small
-
Hi,
I use the plugin Event-Manager. It is a very good plugin with many parameters. On my website http://oldtimer-veranstaltung.de/kalender/
the calendar has many entries and on the end of the page you will find.
1 2 3 4 5 …. >>>
Thes numbers are very small on a tablet-PC or a Smartphone.
I prefer this navigation on the end of the page for example:
http://oldtimer-veranstaltung.de/inserat/hotel-verzeichnis-fuer-oldtimer-touren-und-oldtimer-reisen/This navigation code is similar to the WP plugin “WP-PageNavi”:
Now here is my question:
Is it possible to change the css-code from display “1 2 3 4 5 …. >>>” under the events to look and feel like WP plugin “WP-PageNavi”Here is the css-Code:
#… .page-numbers.current {
background-color:#1050A3;
background-position:initial initial;
background-repeat:initial initial;
border:1px solid #1050A3;
border-bottom-left-radius:2px;
border-bottom-right-radius:2px;
border-top-left-radius:2px;
border-top-right-radius:2px;
color:#FFFFFF;
margin:0 3px 5px;
padding:6px 8px;How can I put it in the style.css from my childtheme and get the connection to your plugin?
Thank you for help.

here’s another thread which may help you with this – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/pagination-styling?replies=5
Hi gelo_nwl,
thank you for the link. But it did not help to change 1 234 …>>> for my website.
Other Wp plugins had the opportunity to change the navigation without great coding.
How is it possible to make the numbers 1 234 …>>> more greater. Google don´t like it and on mobile devices the numbers are to small.
Thank you for help.
mustermannyou might need to hack into the code under events-manager/em-functions.php
Hi gelo_nwl,
that is no good idea. If you change something in one of the next releases from the plugin in the code of events-manager/em-functions.php my hack is lost.
Thank you for help
mustermannHave you tried targeting the class name page-numbers in your CSS file?
Hi calmin_nwl,
no, did you mean to put this code in my style.css from my theme;
“.page-numbers
background-color:#1050A3;
background-position:initial initial;
background-repeat:initial initial;
border:1px solid #1050A3;
border-bottom-left-radius:2px;
border-bottom-right-radius:2px;
border-top-left-radius:2px;
border-top-right-radius:2px;
color:#FFFFFF;
margin:0 3px 5px;
padding:6px 8px;”Hi caimin_nwl,
your idea did not work. It changed some other things in the page.
The numbers 1 2 3 4 5 >>> are to small on mobile devices.
Is it possible that you change it in the next version from Event-Manager?
Thank you for help
mustermannThe code you pasted earlier won’t work, you need to wrap the code in braces. Like this:
.page-numbers { background-color:#1050A3; (etc) }
Hi calmin_nwl,
yes I know I must put in brackets and I did it. It don´t work.
The numbers 1 2 3 4 5 >>> are to small on mobile devices.
Is it possible that you change it in the next version from Event-Manager?
might be possible but not 100% sure due to other stuff which needs to be done first.
