Navigation Tab with Gutenberg

Hello,

I’ve created an offline website with just the Gutenberg editor and Twenty-Twenty-Three theme but apparently, the navigation through the website using the Tab key is working only for the header and the footer, the content within is just skipped apart from a link and a button.

Am I missing something? How can this be fixed?
