Navigation & Search Not Working

Hello all !
I have a little problem here at my site, the navigation menu when in mobile version and the search button aren’t working, when I clicked on them, they don’t respond anything at all.

I’ve done some troubleshooting, and the problem is not at the theme, because I have tried the same theme file on the other site, and the other site working perfectly. So can anyone help me to solve the problems ? Thanks before.
