Navigation months not displaying when using the Shortcode | WordPress.org

Hi, i am displaying a calendar with the widget and it works fine. The problem comes when i try to use the calendar in a shortcode. Its showing the << Prev Next >> buttons, but the month is blank.

This is the shortcode i am using: [gcal id=”6388″ display=”grid”]
I also tried : [gcal id=”6388″]

That is a very odd issue that I have not come across. Do you maybe have some CSS that is hiding the element by accident?
