Hi debthelplawyers. I just tried your website and the demo website on two iOS devices, viewing multiple posts/pages, and the menus responded normally on both. Not to say there isn’t an issue but I didn’t see it.
iPhone 4 (yes, it still works…;-) on iOS v7.1.2
iPad on iOS v8.1.2
I’m also having the same problem with my site. It’s not all the time, and I’m making no changes to the site between when it works and doesn’t. It does this on mobile on the iphone. I put top and bottom menus on it, and both will not work at the same time.
I’m running WP super cache and am wondering if that might be it.
When I go to the your debt help website, the menu works fine. if I click on the statute of limitations post, then click back to your home page, I can’t get the menu to open. I’m using an iphone 6 plus ios 8.1.2
Did you ever get this resolved debthelplawyers? I’m guessing not since I checked your site and the menus are not working on my phone. I also checked several other sites using hueman, and have run into the same problem on all of them.
I tried total cache, then no cache at all, and still have it not displaying correct.
Anyone have any ideas? I tried to make my site not need the menu, but it’s annoying.
I have now tested this, and indeed I can reproduce the issue, even on the official Hueman demo site. As debthelplawyers explains, the problem occurs when viewing a post.
The issue might be related to a bug I found regarding the sidebars not opening in Safari on iOS. Alexander’s own demo site also has the sidebar issue.
I hope Alexander the Great reads these reports and will offer a fix in an upcoming theme update. Maybe I will get his attention by donating some $$ to his PayPal account. He deserves it.

After investigating this issue we have reached the same conclusion as yallman.
We’ll be switching to another theme for now in hopes that this will be resolved in a future release.
This is a great theme and it is very much appreciated. Hope to be using it once again soon.

Edit: AS you guys say, it breaks when clicking on an article and going to a single post, which is extremely weird, as the post itself, when loaded directly, sometimes works.
