This is a modified Anvil theme, with pretty much the same source code as the original.

I plan on creating some very few vital Pages, that I want to be easy to find. One is a forum, one is a shop, and maybe one more page.

There is a tagmenu under the logo which I would like to put these links in. How do I do that? I want easy links, with perhaps a rollovercolor, which I apply with CSS.

Could anyone help me with this?

You can’t use the tagline field for links. You’d need to edit/extend the theme to include an additional horizontal menu – perhaps called sidebar-top.php – and then call it at the appropriate place using <?php get_sidebar('top');?>.

But theres no tags in the tagline. It’s just a black line with text on it. Why should it be so hard to turn some of that text into links?
