Yes on your Child Theme style.css file, at the very bottom.
i see i thought it had to have a center tag in order to do the centering correct?
juust like i know u can do that when ur doing just simple html this one

The center HTML tag has been deprecated for a long time now
so the css will just center it i see thats great
ok i will try it then and get back to u guys later on.
yes i now added it at very button and must say it did not change anything i still see my nav menu its at same position. so why is that ?

it was becuase i did not hit the f5 update the browser button and when i did that i can see it did center it yes so thank u.
Have another question
Its about the gravatars how do I hide my gravatar because i do not want to use mine either.
so there i no hide gravatar option under the settings i dont think so.
so how do u actually hide it?`
is there a css code for this too?
Im talking about that standard picture that is not
even a pciture of me when i go to my own profile on my dashboard.
