    I'm using twentyeleven. I have Styles installed and it helped me turn my menu transparent, but I can't figure out how to get rid of the border/shadow for the main navigation window.

    Hi acaruso,

    I'm glad you're finding the plugin useful! Styles doesn't have settings for changing shadows yet, but you can remove the shadow from the TwentyEleven navigation bar by adding this code to the end of /wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/style.css.

    /* Remove drop shadow from navigation bar */
    #page #access { box-shadow: none; }

    Even better, to protect you when upgrading your theme, use one of the many plugins that let's you add custom CSS through the WordPress admin, like JetPack.

    Paul
