• Hello,

I’m using the latest of WordPress and the latest version of Brooklyn theme. I have problem with navigation links which are defined in Apperance -> Menu as links to sections. The site is more than 3 years old and it used to work earlier. I don’t know when it stopped working, I suppose after some update of WordPress. What is strange it works in Firefox and Edge.

Do anyone has any knowledge of this problem? I’m stucked.

    Regards

  • Hello,
I guess you have some scrolling issue.
If so please use one / before your # on that link.
Hope this will solve your issue.
    Thanks.

/ exists before # in each link, for example:

    <a href="http://warszawa.escaperooms.pl/#section-pokoje-gry" class="">POKOJE GRY</a>

But then I would have been forced to change source code of wordpress or brooklyn core. I try to avoid this.

Maybe someone else experienced with such problem and solved it with some configuration way without modyfing source code?

For support of commercial themes or plugins, go to the official support channel.

In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why a commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.

Ultimately, the vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
