    Hello,
I would like to know how to remove the WC my account navigation on the left.
The account information shows twice, once on the left side and then at the top in smaller font. Only one is needed.

    Thank you

    Hi @refuge77

I would like to know how to remove the WC my account navigation on the left.

Can you explain further, on what you meant, when you told us about: my account navigation? Were you referring to a link to the My Account page, or were you talking about something else?

Typically this can be done by customizing your site’s menu. Many themes offer two menus: a Top menu and a Main Menu. You could remove the additional My Account menu item by visiting Appearance > Menus or Appearance > Customize > Menus, and by removing the additional menu item you don’t need. Sometimes these menus might not have any content, so might need to actually add menus and make sure that one of your menus doesn’t have the My Account link.

    I hope that helps!

If that didn’t solve the problem, could you share a direct link to your site and point us to the additional menu that you’d like to remove? This would help us with troubleshooting.

    Thanks!

    Hello,
I was reffering to the woocommerce “My account page. The page shows orders, account details, downloads, addresses, etc. It displays this information twice. on the left side of the page it shows links for the customer to obtain the account details, downloads, etc. Across from the links from on the left it shows the following:

Hello (website url) (not website? Log out)

From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders (link), manage your shipping (link) and billing addresses (link), and edit your password (link) and account details (link).

I do not need the same links showing twice on the “My Account” page. The section across from the My Account dashboard on the “My account” page are also links avialable for the customer to click on to access the information.

I want remove the dashboard on the left and keep the links in the middle of the page at the top.

    Hi @refuge77

The only reason the My Account page has any content is by using the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode. It may be that the page has two instances of that shortcode or it’s being added another way by the active theme, or another plugin.

Confirm that the page only includes a single shortcode then switch back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue Here is a link that better outlines that process:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    Thanks,

    Howdy @refuge77

We haven’t heard back so we’re going to mark this support thread resolved. Feel free to open a new thread should you find this issue persists with the most recent version of WooCommerce.

    Thanks again,
