I’m using a 2-column word press theme with navigation menu at the bottom of the page, no mods or add-ons. Upon loading a page, the navigation menu will load on top of a entry. I’ve gotten it to slide down to the bottom by playing with the mouse scroll wheel but this is not reasonable to ask of visitors. Any ideas?

  • If you let me have the site URL I can try and work it out

Thanks for the offer 🙂 My blog is 2413Studios

I think it might be due to the full-sized images I have loading a lot slower than the footer.php so I consolidated them into linked thumbnails. I’m going to see if I can duplicate the problem now.

If you mean to have a website with some navigation in the header, a small sidebar and a big footer with navigation, it looks just fine in IE7.

I sized down the footer through the admin panel and the thumbnails seem to keep load times to a minimum. I’ve asked several people to load up the page and its working fine now. Thank you all for your input!
