Navigation bar trouble…

    I am working on building a blog that has the same header as my website. What I have done so far can be seen at http://www.babybumps.net/blog

    My trouble is that I have a navigation bar that was built in Dreamweaver which I would like to add just beneath the header… and I am having trouble figuring out where/how I need to place the code. Right now I have it added to the bottom of the header page and it is showing up… but at the bottom of the page underneath the footer.

    Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
