I have an issue with my navigation bar. I have two blogs on my site, and a category assigned to each of them. I have a reset query in the loop in order to tell wordpress which posts to display on which page.

When you go to my home page, the slider in the nav should (and does for the most part) stay on the to-do section, which is the main blog. The other blog on my site, called blog, is our companies office blog. When we make a post into office blog and reload the homepage, the navigation bar then hovers over blog. It seems that whichever category had the last post is what dictates where the slider in the nav menu goes.

I can’t seem to find out why this is happening. The slider in the nav bar is controlled by a lavalamp javascript.

    Thank you
