Nav Menu Wacky in Safari weird links in comments

The few navigation buttons at the top look fine in FF and IE but not in Safari. Any ideas on how I can fix that?

Also, there is a link in one of the comments that goes outside of the comments area instead of returning like the rest. Any ideas?
