    Hello,

I installed the Nav Menu Roles + WooCommerce Memberships Plugin (Version 1.0.0.) from GitHub. However, the options for the Membership Plans of WooCommerce Memberships Plugin are not showing at all. Not even the Display Modes. When I install and active the Nav Menu Roles Plugin as a standalone (Version 1.8.3) the Display Modes are showing up. It doesn’t make sense to me. I am using the Avada Theme 4.0.3.

Maybe you know a solution. Thanks!

Can you try switching to a default theme? Can you enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG? See debugging in WordPress and let me know if you see any errors. I am unable to reproduce this so I would need more information.

Hello Helga, thank you for your reply. I did activate the Twenty Sixteen theme and disabled all plugins except WooCommerce, WooCommerce Memberships and Nav Menu Roles + WooCommerce Memberships Plugin. I still see nothing under Design/Menus when I click on any menu item. I have to check the debugging mode now and will reply to this.

I’m 99% sure that it is working with Twenty Sixteen. Do you have membership groups defined? Remember that the roles are visible once you click on “Logged in Users”. Can you post a screenshot? You’re debug log shows that Avada has it’s mega menu plugin activated which could be causing a conflict, though I thought I worked with the Avada devs to add NMR compatibility.

I think it is working now. I didn’t know you have to install both Nav Menu Roles and Nav Menu Roles + Memberships Bridge Plugins. Now, when I select ‘Logged in Users’, the restrictions open up and I can also see my created memberships plans.

Thanks! I will make a donation later.

Yes the Bridge plugin is just a connector between the two. I’ve updated the readme at github to make that more clear. Thanks for the donation.
