Nav menu creator for wordpress not showing pages accordian

this is the code that I have identified as the error: <li class=”control-section accordion-section hide-if-js add-post-type-page” id=”add-post-type-page”>. when I take out hide if js the menu option for pages show up in the backend but i cannot find where exactly to edit this code in my backend I have looked at nav-menu.php as when as tried to locate the css code for it thinking that might be it but cannot figure how to remove the hide-if-js. On other themes this usually set to open.
