Nav Bar – not equally spaced?

    Having 2 issues with the nav bar on my site:

    (1) I’m trying to equally space out the 5 items but I can’t figure out how. I believe I need to change the padding number, but can’t find it 🙂

    (2) 2 categories on my nav bar have “&”in them, and I’m trying to put the “&” next to the first word (so that all categories are 2 lines total). However, I think the nav bar is set up to only allow 1 word per line so I can’t add the “&” to the first line. Any ideas?
