# Native WordPress Local Font Support

 * Hi Blocksy team,
 * Since **WordPress 7.0** now provides **native local font support**, would you
   consider making local fonts available in the free version of Blocksy as well?
 * At the moment, local font support appears to be limited to Blocksy Pro, even 
   though the underlying functionality is already available in **WordPress core**(
   since 7.0). It would be great if free users could also take advantage of locally
   hosted fonts without relying on external requests to Google Fonts or an additional
   plugin for an already provied by wordpress itself

 * The developers are looking into the new WordPress 7 features, as they do with
   any major update. We don’t have any concrete plans to share at the moment, but
   we’ll make sure everyone is kept informed as things develop.
