Thank you for reaching out to our support channel and submitting a request for the WooCommerce Google Cloud Print Plugin. You also posted a support ticket on our website, but I wanted to post our response here to help other users that get the error message in the log converting to a PDF.
The Plugin is developed to support as many printer models as possible. The error message you are receiving “Could not convert to PDF” is due to how you have the settings configured under Layout Size. If you are using a Thermal Printer model, some printer models don’t provide automatic width or continuous feed functionality support. If you select the Custom option under the Layout size and leave the value at 0 mm, this error will occur indicating your printer model doesn’t support this functionality.
Our recommendation, try setting values, for example 75mm width and 40mm height. Modifying the values should resolve the PDF conversion error.
Please try using different settings to setup your printer model, we are confident with the correct printer settings configured the error “Could not convert to PDF” will be fixed.
