Name of Cookie

Hi, I have a problem where the cookie needed to show the desktop site gets installed in the WP Engine host cache and then sends all new visitor directly onto the mobile site, even when they are on the desktop. WP Engine said if I had the ” the cookie name that would need to be exempt to make that function”, we could work things out.

Can someone tell me what it is or how to find it.
