Name Not Showing in MailChimp

Sorry. I posted this Q before but under the wrong heading:

When I enter the name on the Optin Form it does not show up in MailChimp. I’ve tried both first-only as well as first and last, and nothing. The email enters no problem, and the subscriber shows up on my MC list, but without a name. The name also does NOT appear on the confirmation email. Am I the only one?
