# Name Field Doesn't Capture Names

 * Hi, I’m using Magic action box with Mailchimp. I’ve been testing out the action
   box on the homepage of my website [http://www.whistlehillnursery.com](http://www.whistlehillnursery.com).
   However, while I can capture email addresses, the name field does not seem to
   capture anything. I’ve tried everything I can think of but I’m out of ideas. 
   Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 * Not sure what’s happening. Have you changed the name field in mailchimp? One 
   other suggestion I can give is to use the “Copy and Paste” option and follow
