    Hi,

    I love this plugin.
The only problem I am having is that I cannot put in the name or email details into the form.

I have tried all styles, and it is the same problem.

    thank you,
    Joanna

    Hi Joanna,

Unfortunately, I can't be of any help without seeing the page where the form is included. If possible, could you share the URL where the form resides?

    Let me know!

    Hi Joanna,

no need for login information ;)

Your theme's CSS file is causing this. On line #795 in this file /wp-content/themes/domag/style.css the height of all input files is set to 17 pixels.

To fix this, enter the following code in the Custom CSS field, under Form Options in Optin Forms.

    #optinforms-form5-name-field, #optinforms-form5-email-field {height:35px!important;}

Let me know if it works!

P.S. A plugin you are using, Scratch 'n Save (?) is loading jQuery the wrong way, resulting in an Unresponsive Script error (made my browser crash). I advise you to disable the plugin, or contact the developer to fix it.

    Thank you Boris.

I will try what you said and let you know.

I love this little plugin. I hope you work up to making it a premium /paid product.

I wish all coders were as good as you.

    thank you,
    Joanna

    Hi Boris,

I'm sorry. but where should I change the code?
In the file I am currently looking in (style.css) in my file manager
or go into my theme from WP?

    nevermind, I figured it out.

    yes, it works!

so, I need to add this code to all of the form types then. Correct?

Thank you for the excellent support.

Thanks so much, Boris. You rock.

How much would it cost to hire a coder like yourself to make a wp plugin for me? I want something very similar to Scratch n Save.

    Hi Joanna,

It would depend on the requirements and the time needed. Feel free to send me an email through http://www.codeleon.com/contact/ and let me know what it is the plugin needs to do.

    I'll let you know!
