 * Having a nagging notification in WordPress to come here and rate this is reason
enough to rate it 1 star

 * Hi greggman,
 * I have to ask, why would you post a negative review without even submitting a
   support request first?
 * Please ask yourself this…When developers spend so much time developing free plugins
for the WordPress community, is it really ok to post a 1 star review without
making any reasonable effort to receive support? That’s simply not the right
   way to handle things.
 * If you have an issue with something, submit a support request first, and give
the author time to respond. We provide free support for our plugins…all you have
to do is submit a support request at the [WordPress Plugin Support Page](http://www.redsandmarketing.com/plugins/wordpress-plugin-support/).
We provide some of the best support out there.
 * You might want to take a moment to check out these two posts:

    - [How to Leave a Good Bad Review](https://pippinsplugins.com/how-to-leave-a-good-bad-review/)
 * I’m very sorry that the reminder notice frustrated you. However, having a reminder
notice like this not that uncommon among plugins.
 * Just a thought…Is this really worth deducting 4 stars for though? That seems
   quite unfair.
 * In general people tend not to rate plugins very often, so the notification is
just a small reminder to ask users to do that. You can make it go away with one
click, and you will only see notices 2 times during the entire lifetime of using
the plugin. Is that too much to ask when WordPress plugin developers put thousands
of hours into developing software for the community to use for free?
 * Again, my sincerest apologies for any frustration this caused. However, I would
ask that you reconsider your rating.

 * When someone takes the time to offer their skills as a FREE service to the WordPress
community, I’m grateful for the reminder to ‘share the love’. It’s all about
helping each other…Developers like Scott display an amazing amount of generosity.
Thanks for giving the community such a great tool, and have a fantastic day!
