The admin notices needs to be dismissed and remain dismissed. It’s not meant to permamently nag users.
When will you release a fix so that it can be dismissed properly?
Yes. There is an option to hide it. There always has been. But it comes back, again and again and again. And you have to keep hiding it again and again and again.
