\n tags in email

Hello,
The plug-in works fine, however when receiving a client email it shows \n tags in the content.
See example email below:
Name : Gabriele test\nE-mail : forza@hotmail.com\nSubject : product question\nProduct : sim\nMobile : \nEnquiry : test question\nAlso is it possible to reconfigure the plug-in so that in the email it replies to the client’s email address rather than replying to the technical sender’s email address?
