Mystique doesn't work with jquery plugins

Hi,

This theme doesn’t work with any plugins that use jquery. I have written a plugin on my own that displays a flickr gallery. I’m using the colorbox jquery plugin to display slideshow of the photos in the gallery. It works fine with most of the themes, but not with Mystique.

When you click on any of the photos, it is supposed to show a different effect. Similar to what is show on this page – http://colorpowered.com/colorbox/core/example1/index.html

But it shows a completely different effect. What is the issue here?
