Mystery order with no Name/Email/Physical Address

    On Judyshouseofoldies.com, we received an order that went through perfectly, but didn’t bring over any information required for shipping the item. The fields in the contact form are all required, and I haven’t been able to recreate this error. Is there anyway that I can recover this missing information?
