Mystery Authentication Option

    Hi, UpdraftPlus (1.16.53) failed after 10 April to store backups in Dropbox due to authentication error with DropBox while still reporting that backups were successful.

    Reauthentication fails with error 400.

    On attempting to reauthenicate your site says, if you are having problems authenticating, to copy authentication token to Settings page.

    How do you do that? I cannot find an option to file this authentication token in UpdraftPlus settings.

    Hi,

    Can you try to wipe out settings and then re-authenticate? Do you still get the same issue?

    The wipe out option can be found in the UpdraftPlus “Advance Tools” tab.
