 * What are the minimun set of priveleges that the wordpress user shoud have?
 * I know that grant all privileges can be a serious risk.

 * Sure, but after install it, then ‘create table’ is not needed anymore?

 * Certain plugins – not many – would require that the user be able to create table.
   The WP core does not though after installation. That said, it could do in later
   versions ………
