MySQL troubles

I am extremely new at this program with little actual programming skills, so I’m definitely teaching myself as I go along. Forgive me any dumb questions.
So I’m trying to install WordPress and I’m following this step by step guide, but I’m not sure where I find my MySQL database name, username, and password. I don’t recall ever remember MySQL when I worked with the server. Can someone push me in the right direction to help me understand this?
