mysql table information plugin?

    looking for a basic way to do the following

    link information from a MySQL table to be used through wordpress
    use the wordpress search to search the table
    display the table on a page on my wordpress website
    paginate the results as there are 13000
    i dont want it do do anything just list the contents of the table

    if theres no plugin for that then is there anyone who knows the best way to implement my 13000 records within a custom post type perhaps?
