 * What do I enter in MySQL hostname?
    Do I leave it as ‘localhost’ or add a number
   after it?

 * Thanks, but not using web host, trying to create a wp theme on my computer and
   the following doesn’t work:

 * Are you using MAMP/WAMP/XAMPP or similar? If so, they should have instructions.
   Though localhost should work, in most cases, I believe.
