MySQL query

Hi. Thanks for the plugin. Please can you give me an example mysql query as how to chance the access token from a bash script?

I found the table entry, but it has all this in it, so Im a bit stumped.

The end goal is to have a random key generated every minute and cron to update the DB and php link on front end of website for members…(to stop link being shared)
