# MySQL error with installing

 * Hi there,
 * I was installing the latest version of wordpress on my server. The configuration
   gets well but then with the installation I get this message:
 * > **ERROR**: WordPress 2.1.2 requires MySQL 4.0.0 or higher
 * Well, I looked this up at my hosting-service and actually I have _mySQL4.1_. 
   This looks weard to me. Anyone have an idea how to fix this?
