mySql error on the commissions page

Hi,

I’ve WC Vendors 1.9.13 and I can’t update for several reasons in my project.

On the commissions page I’ve an error when I want to filter on date and on vendor.

An example :
“[You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘WHERE vendor_id = ‘156” at line 5]
SELECT COUNT(id) FROM mph_pv_commission WHERE MONTH(time) = ’05’ AND YEAR(time) = ‘2018’ WHERE vendor_id = ‘156’”.

If I filter date only or vendor only, its’ok.

Would you have a solution for me?
