• So over the years, I tried different themes and plugins.

Many of them put items on my database.

Those items don’t get removed when I deactivate & delete the plugins/themes.

I wrote down the plugins I had. I deleted EVERYTHING. I installed WordPress all over again.

Looked at the plugins list, installed most of them. Database is 3.1MB. That is 14.7MB saving.

Is there a plugin that will clean the junk left over from themes/plugins when you delete them?

There should be a mandatory requirement that when I delete your plugin that the mysql database junk gets deleted as well.
