 * I installed myphpadmin from my webhost site. I was never able to actually login
to the myphpadmin because it would only go to a blank page. Now if a customer
tries to access the site it goes to a blank myphpadmin screen. Does anyone know
   how to fix this?

 * When you say “I installed myphpadmin”, did you actually put some software somewhere?

Or did you click a link in the host Control Panel to use the phpMyAdmin software
   that is already installed?
 * You shouldn’t have to install anything to be able to use phpMyAdmin from your
host control panel. There are WordPress plugins that allow you to use it from
   inside WordPress, though.
