Myphp Problems, DB Problems, Access denied to logs

Okay i was following the directions to the “t” on how to move my blog within my site: http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress

Well, it cratered… the site is http://www.darrendurrett.com

I backed everything up before hand and now cannot even restore. Trying to move everything on the ftp back out of the directory i was trying to move to will not work. I get “access denied” when trying to overwrite the “logs” directory. So then I went to myphp to restore the data base and the directions tell me to import the backup… well there is no option to “import”

Can anyone help me???
