mycred_video doesn’t award points

Hi. For some reason, I can’t make the mycred_video shortcode work properly. I’ve seen your YouTube video tutorials, your Loom videos, the hook documentation, the shortcode documentation… No luck. I’ve set up different combinations of settings, intervals, amount both in the hook settings and the shortcode parameters… Yet, no luck. The console log seems right, too. And I’ve also read the most recent topics related to mycred_video shortcode, but the solution isn’t there.

I don’t want to give up on this hook, because it is essential. What else can I do to make it work? Maybe a wrong caching setup? I hope you can guide me through the solution. Thank you in advance.
