Hi.
What version did you update myCRED from? Do you have any errors if you enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file that is myCRED related?
Is it just the button that is not showing? Does the accordion work? Can you see for example “Core Settings” and “Management”? If you do, do they expand when you click on the title or nothing happens?
Also do you have any custom code added to adjust how myCRED works?

What myCRED version did you have before 1.6? I understand you use 1.6 now but you did update from an earlier version correct?
So the button is visible but when you click on it nothing happens?
Do you get any javascript errors when you load the page / click on button?
I disabled all plugins but still the error
OK. I see the error, is adds-on compatibility.

I disable adds-on in free plugin and solved.
